My 11 year old daughter really enjoys the lessons. Laura introduces her to appropriate material that is interesting, but the big surprise was my 7 year old son. He announced that he hated piano, and would never take lessons. This was the same refrain for nearly every class we have ever taken...bluntly, I told him he was taking lessons and just better get used to it! After about four to six months, he was sitting to the piano without my reminding him to practice. He has really taken to the lessons and Laura is very patient with his little-boyness. She is just what you want in an instructor, flexible,kind and engaging. The children are progressing quickly. This is exactly what we wanted in lessons.
